QuizGo is a mobile application provided by Shanghai Linguan Data Technology Co., Ltd, which is a company incorporated under the laws of the People’s Republic of China,with its registerrd office at Room 1102, No. 1256, 1258 Wanrong Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai,P.R.China.(hereinafter referred to as “Linguan”, “we”, “our” or “us”). We attach great importance to the protection of the personal data and privacy of our users (hereinafter referred to as"you". (3) Scan, Erase, Read, Store and ManageTest Papers

When you scan your test papers and erase your answers, we need access to your device's camera, album and storage permissions in order to capture and process the photos you upload and to save the erased test papers for you. When you store, read and delete test papers, we need access to your device's storage, clipboard and network permissions.Please know that even if you have agreed to enable the camera permission, the relevant processing will only be done within the scope of the photos you have taken or selected on your own initiative.

(4) Error Book

When you use the error book feature, we need to access to your device’s camera, photo album, storage and clipboard permissions to get the images of the papers you want to check for errors.

(5) Connect the Printer

When you connect to a printer, we need to access your device’s Bluetooth permission to get and match the printer you are going to connect to.

(6) Commercial Promotions

We may send commercial promotional information about Our Service to your phone number.If you do not agree to receive commercial promotions, you may unsubscribe from receiving them by contacting us in the manner specified in the information.

(7) Customer Service

When you make a complaint, suggestion or feedback to us, in order to contact you, help you solve the problem as soon as possible or record the solution and result of the relevant problems, we may collect your correspondence or call records with us, the account information you provide, the contact information you provide, the information you provide to prove the relevant facts.

(8) Guarantee the Security of Network Access and Service

In order to guarantee the security of your account, network access and services, we need to access to the process permission of the application that your device is running in order to query whether QuizGo is the main running program, we need to collect your unique device identifier (IDFA, AndroidID, OAID, unique identifier derived by algorithm), the language, country, city, IP address of the mobile system, device information (browser type, device type and model, CPU, system language, memory, sensor list, OS version, Wi-Fi status, timestamp and area, device motion parameters and carrier), traces of your network behavior (including number of clicks, engagement time), software installation list, access date and time, service log information.

(9) Guarantee the Reliability and Stability of the Service

To ensure the reliability and stability of the service, we need to collect your Device Model, OS Version, Browser Type, Language, access to the network, network quality data, your account ID. we will also collect the operation data and software crash data of QuizGo through Bugly SDK for problem monitoring.

 

2.How We Store Your Personal Data

2.1 The data collected when you are using QuizGo will be stored in HongKong. Some of the information we process under this Privacy Policy will be transferred to servers in the People's Republic of China for processing.

2.2 We retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy.Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.

7.4 Erase your data 

You can delete or ask us to delete some or all of your information. In-app controls enable you to:(a) delete the content you uploaded;(b) You may at any time delete your account by clicking [Avatar] > [Account Settings] > [Account Deletion]. Your personal data will then be erased. Contact us if you have any difficulty removing your information.

Object to the processing of your personal data, as detailed in Section 5.6. We will then erase the data within the scope of a valid objection if we no longer have legal basis to continue such processing. Contact us if you think the processing of your personal data is unlawful, and that your data should be erased.
