Guidelines for Children's Privacy Protection
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. This Guidelines for Children's Privacy Protection(hereinafter referred to as “This Guideline”) explains our data collection practices with respect to data provided by users under the age of 14 (“Children” or “you”).

1. We strictly abide by the provisions of laws and regulations and the agreements with You, and use the collected data in accordance with this Guideline and the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to provide service with better quality to Children.

If we use Children’s personal data beyond the stated purpose at the time of collection and out of the scope of direct or reasonable connection to the stated purpose, we will inform you and obtain your consent relatively before using your child's personal data.
3. Storage of children's personal data
3.1 In accordance with laws and regulations, we store Children's personal data in HongKong, and keep this data strictly confidential in accordance with applicable law. Some of the information we process under the Privacy Policy will be transferred to servers in the People's Republic of China for processing.
3.2 We retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy. Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
4. Security of children's personal data
We attach great importance to the security of Children’s personal data and have adopted standard industry practices to protect your personal data and prevent it from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss.
In order to protect the security of Children’s personal data, we strictly limit the scope of people who can access the data and require them to fulfill confidentiality obligations. We will also record the access respectively.
If any personal data incident occurs, We will notify you, pursuant to relevant legal and regulatory requirements, of the basic information about the security incident and its possible impact, measures that We has taken or will take, suggestions about active defense and risk mitigation, and remedial measures. The notification may take the form of an email, text message, push notification, etc. If it is difficult to notify data subjects one by one, we will take appropriate and effective measures to release a Security Notice. 5. Rectification of children's personal data
If you find that the child’s personal data is wrong, you or your child have the right to request us to make rectifications.To keep your data up-to-date and accurate, you can access and modify your data by clicking on the avatar after logging into QuizGo App.
6. Deletion of children's personal data
6.1 You can delete or ask us to delete some or all of your information. In-app controls enable you to:(a) delete the content you uploaded;(b) You may at any time delete your account by clicking [Avatar] > [Account Settings] > [Delete Account]. Your personal data will then be erased. Contact us if you have any difficulty removing your information.
6.2 If our processing behaviour in regards of Children’s personal data is: 1) in violation of laws, administrative regulations, or agreement between the parties; 2) beyond the scope of the specified purpose; or 3) out of the necessary time limit for storage, you may contact us for deletion.
6.3 If you withdraw your consent, you may contact us for deletion. We will promptly stop using your personal data, and will delete or anonymize the stored children's personal data under your request.
7. Sharing children's personal data
Generally, we will not share children’s personal data with third parties. While under special circumstances, we will obtain your explicit consent in advance, and we will take proactive measures in accordance with laws and administrative regulations, including but not limited to security assessment of third parties.
8. Updates to This Guidline
We reserves the right to update this Guidline at any time. We will post any changes to this Guidline on this page.We will generally notify all users of any material changes to this policy, through a pop-up window. However, users should look at this policy regularly to check for any changes. We will also update the “Published and Updated Date” at the top of this Guidline, which reflects theupdate date of such policy.
